The information collected
Guild signup stores your first name, email address, signup time and source, consent record, founding-member status and onboarding progress. Optional campaign labels in a link may also be stored. Booking and contact forms collect the details shown in those forms.
Why it is used
Guild information is used to deliver Discord access, onboarding messages, monthly Letters, music links and Guild Hall invitations that you explicitly asked to receive. It is not added from the personal outreach tracker, sold, or used to create password accounts.
Services involved
Guild records are stored in a private Supabase project and email is delivered through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel. A configured Discord, event or external music link opens that provider, whose own privacy terms then apply.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops pending onboarding messages and future Guild Letters. To ask what is held, correct it or request deletion, email elcee.mgmt@gmail.com.
Cookies and measurement
The Guild uses short-lived, secure cookies after signup and for the private admin dashboard. The wider site may use privacy and analytics controls shown on the site. Essential security cookies do not add you to a marketing list.
