Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, your payment will be transferred to the new session time.

Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to coaching, studio sessions and paid consultation bookings with Elcee the Alchemist.

Cancellations
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice can be refunded, minus any payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

No-Shows
No-shows are non-refundable. Sessions begin at the scheduled start time, not the arrival time. If you are late, the session will still finish at the original scheduled end time.

Monthly Coaching Packages
For monthly coaching packages, unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless agreed in advance. If something serious comes up, message as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you.

If I Need To Reschedule
If I ever need to reschedule from my side, you will be offered a new time or a full refund for the affected session.

Services Starting Within 14 Days
By booking a session within the next 14 days, you agree for the service to begin within the cancellation period. Once a session has taken place, it cannot be refunded unless there is an issue with the service provided.
